1. Agreement
By installing the extension, creating an account, or using jobdaddy.app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Job Daddy.

2. The service
Job Daddy is a Chrome extension and backend that helps you save a profile, draft tailored application answers, resumes, and cover letters, and autofill fields you approve on a job application page.
Job Daddy never submits an application. It does not complete CAPTCHAs, assessments, or employer acknowledgements for you. You must review generated content and click submit yourself.
Site compatibility varies. Some boards, file uploaders, and custom widgets still need a manual step. Job Daddy will tell you when it cannot fill a field instead of guessing.
3. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for activity on your Job Daddy account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and in any case not under 13.
You can delete your account from the extension. Deletion removes Job Daddy records as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Plans and payment
A free plan includes a limited number of lifetime AI assists, as shown in the product. Pro Weekly and Pro Monthly unlock additional AI assists while the subscription is active. Current prices are listed on jobdaddy.app and in the extension.
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel from the extension billing portal; access continues through the paid period already purchased. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law or where Job Daddy chooses to refund a charge.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Job Daddy to submit false, misleading, or unauthorized application materials;
- attempt to make Job Daddy submit applications, bypass CAPTCHAs, or evade an employer’s security controls;
- probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law;
- resell access or share your account in a way that abuses free or paid limits; or
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that create security or abuse risk.
6. Your content and our materials
You keep ownership of your profile, resume, and other materials you provide. You grant Job Daddy a limited license to process that content only to provide the service you request.
Job Daddy, its name, mark, and product copy remain ours. You may not copy the extension or branding except as needed to use the service.
7. No guarantees
The service is provided “as is.” Generated answers, resumes, and cover letters can be incomplete, inaccurate, or a poor fit. You are responsible for checking facts, dates, eligibility, and employer requirements before you use or submit anything.
We do not promise that Job Daddy will fill every field, work on every career site, or that using it will get you a job. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Job Daddy is not liable for lost offers, failed applications, employer decisions, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Job Daddy in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. These terms do not limit rights you cannot waive as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may also stop offering the service.
